At Candy, we strive to provide you with the best quality and value. However, please note that our store sells digital products that are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to ensure they want the product before completing the purchase.
Cases Eligible for Refund or Return
A consumer is only entitled to a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- If the product is defective or unusable due to our fault.
- If the customer receives a product different from the one they originally ordered and paid for.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:
- Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) via email: support@candyksa.com
Include a detailed reason for the return and attach photos or a video showing the issue. - Alternatively, you may contact us via WhatsApp and explain the reason for your return in detail.
Once approved, you’ll return the product, and your refund will be processed within 72 hours.
When we receive your package, we’ll inspect the product. If it’s confirmed to be in its original, unused condition, the full refund will be issued to your original payment method (or another preferred payment option) within a maximum of 72 hours.
A refund receipt will be sent to your email address used during purchase, and we may also send it to your phone number, if available.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please understand that once your refund is approved, the money leaves our account immediately.
If you haven’t received it yet, please:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — refunds may take time to appear.
- Then contact your bank — processing delays can occur.
Some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to officially post the refund.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes a maximum of 96 hours.

Tracking Numbers
All tracking numbers will be sent to the customer by email once available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via email.
We’ll do our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed or shipped.
If the order has already entered the shipping stage, we won’t be able to stop it.
We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer, as our system automatically processes the order based on your input.
Return Fees
There are no fees for returns, but refunds are only available in the two cases mentioned above.
If you qualify for a refund, we’ll gladly issue it — your satisfaction is our priority.
If the return occurs midway through a subscription period, we’ll deduct:
- The cost for the used portion, and
- Half the cost of the remaining period.
The refund amount will then be calculated accordingly.
Order Cancellation
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
